Broadband hub not arrived

Today is my activation day and my Broadband hub has still not arrived. The status on my order tracker says it's still 'awaiting dispatch'. I work from home and NEED Wifi to do my job.

@DaraM  Normally  you have to wait for the day after if your router has not been dispatched in time for your activation date for the call centre to action a new one being sent out over night.
