Broadband hasn’t been fitted

Engineer didn't turn up to fit wifi ,and my account number isn't working and my card details have come out and nobody is helping me .

Do you have access to the My Sky app? If so have you checked the order tracking on there?

I can't track my order as it says my account number is invalid even though I have the right account number

In that case I think you would be best calling Sky directly and speak to them about whats going on.
