Every 2-3 hours internet goes down, the box indicates a steady orange light on internet for 2-5 minutes.
its quite upsetting, would there be any way to fix it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gabriel42 it is most likely a line issue causing loss of connection. Pretty common issue on older partial fibre lines as water causes issues after bad weather. Whether Sky can get Openreach to do anything depends on the severity as the automatic systems should stabilise the line in time.
