Broadband funny sums

Good morning All,

I found a Sky 300 fibre at £29 if I add my boost cost and any  time phone it comes to £51.
When I go ro the sky upgrand on My Sky app the price it's £63  why ?

is the £29 for new customers only, if what's the point of being a VIP  customer!

@Ian2240 Looking at the Sky website it does state the £29 is for new customers only. Being a VIP customer means very little when it comes to pricing, its just a marketing gimmick.

Not sure why I stay with a company that  puts two fingers up to loyal Customers, newbies get such my package with new fibre £63, new customer same package £51, 🤮

@Ian2240

Most companies do this now. If you decided to leave Sky the new provider would do the same and you could return in 18 months and benefit from new customer rates.

@Ian2240 Every provider out there is the same, they offer large discounts to attract customers and then once that minimum term is over the renewal discounts are significantly less, it has nothing to do with putting two fingers up to loyal customers its just following the current market and economic trends.
