Please help, my broadband has only just recently been changed to Ultrafast and ever since we have had connection problems with the Wi-Fi dropping out, really frustrating especially when working from home. We have recently had an engineer visit who put in a Ethernet cable and a new booster, tonight the Wi-Fi is not working at all, pay enough for this service and it doesn't work properly

Find out more@Lisa19732 there was an outage last night in the West so if you live anywhere near Cheltenham thst was the cause of the loss of connection last night. Looks like it was a power outage at a site where Sky have servers managing connections. Highly unlikely to be related to your WiFi issues.
