Broadband drops every 5 min

 Connection drops every 5min, cannot do anyting. When i go to service chekers it's everying is fine but i get 1-2mb upload speed and 100-200kb download speed with superfast sky it's ridiculous. Wasted my day off trying to sort it out and nothing helps what am i paying for????????
300-400ping in every game browser pages takes 5min to load or there is no connection at all.... tired of you guys i regred renewing the contract with you should just switch to BT
