Broadband drops after a telephone call on the landline is terminated.

About thirty seconds after terminating a telephone call on the landline, the broadband drops out for about two minutes.  I have swapped out all the filters but the problem persists.

Could techincal support  just call meto resolve this?.  This problem makes on-line banking difficult as that involved a telephone call as part of the authentication process.  This problem has only been happening since we changed the hub as part of an upgrade package to Sky Talk.

The problem is with your BB setup, you need to fix it with Sky, nothing to do with Metro
