Broadband dropping

Why does my broadband keep dropping out! 
When it happens I run a test on the website and it says it's fine ! Yet I have orange lights on my box

Mine too , it's a new contract too , I have the gigafast and yet my internet is shocking . I work from home and I'm loosing out because of my internet
