For the past 5 days the broadband has been dropping out on a regular period!
internet connection to devices is lost and the sky pucks show a blue screen! Displaying "please wait for your programme to reload!
rebooting the sky hub and pucks does not resolve the issue. The drop out can be for a few seconds or a few minutes, no pattern. In the time it's took me to write this message, the broadband has dropped out twice! Getting very annoying....

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
