Hello, an engineer visited a few weeks ago to remedy a fault but my internet connection is still dropping out. During outage only the power light is illuminated on the router and when I perform a check on the MySky app no faults are found. Please help!

Sounds like you need to get Sky to send another engineer out. Quickest way would be via phone
