I rang sky 2 weeks ago and changed my tv packages, to get my bill down as it was £157 a month. The women on the phone removed kids music cinemas and bt sports taking my bill to £111. While on the phone she said we were able to get a better wifi for £2 extra a month. Because I have complained about my connection a few times and I pay £5 extra each month for the booster for up stairs. She said it was faster speed. I'm guessing now Iv been changed over to it and my god it's terrible. It signed everyone out of the wifi. And there's some devices I can't get back on. My son has a smart tv and it won't let me sign in or pick the connection up at all. Surely if it's faster and allows more connections it should be working. Iv done speed checks and I'm lucky if I'm getting 7mp. But doing a check on the sky app it's saying it's a good connection and I'm getting 18mp
