Broadband dropping out

My broadband has dropped out three times this morning. Yet the Sky test shows it is connected There must be be something wrong with the testing equipment

I have upgraded to sky fibre with sky boost yet its still no better that when it came down the old phone lines  😠

I've had the same problem today and have been experiencing it intermittently for the past few months!

I contacted sky they are sending me a new router.

Hopefully this will help
