Hello!
We had sky full fibre installed back in August after switching from virgin. Since then the WiFi constantly drops out and the hub has a green flashing light on it when it does this and it lasts for several hours! Rebooting doesn't help, during this time the sky app doesnt recognise that theres an issue either when running the tests. No good for those of us who WFH. It's various times of day too, early hours of the morning, dinner time, mid evening and it's bugging me as it's every few days now. Any advice before I spend a long time on the phone for them to tell me there's no issue?

Also have problem with system saying offline then on-line it's slowing my search down very frustrating. Also having to reboot sky hub at least 1 a week.
