For weeks now our broadband has been dropping every few minutes all devices are the same. The sky Q mini box is really problematic if it will work at all, the main sky Q box shows no Internet connection quite often. Apps like Disney+ struggle to play and buffer every few minutes, I've been through it with the support bot as far as a hard reset of the router which made no difference.
