My broadband keeps dropping connection yet when I run the check it says no issues

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tj47 are you actually running tge check or relying on the result the app shows which is from the last routine check. If run over a mobile when the hub is disconnected it should tell you if there is a known fault ifvthere isnt and the app,doesnt offervto book an engineer give Skyva call to report the issue.
