Not sure how to get this sorted, we have a crackle on the telephone line and the broadband drops at least 5 times a day, an engineer visited the house and fitted a new main socket and all was well for 2 weeks.
Had another engineer call on Monday and confirmed there was an issue and that a openreach engineer would be out on Wednesday to fix the issue. The openreach engineer and said there is no issue with the line or broadband, even though you can hear the crackle, we have even bought brand new phones thinking it may be them, but that did not change or fix the crackle.
What can I do to get this resolved.
