Re: Broadband dropping and poor wifi

@Lisa-P1987i have to say i am not impressed with apparent resolution.

There is a complete reliance upon the line check you run.

I have explained that on my previous provided (plusnet) i had no issues for many years.

My desicion to move to sky was purely finanacial.

Same service, speed but with bonus of netflix for the same price as my old broadband provider was charging me. i saved a fiver a month.. (wish i had never bothered now)

Since i joined i have experianced random dropouts, could be 4 or more times a day or once a day

completly random in timing. The logs always show the same thing.

The only suggestion is that its my equipment or items connected via wifi causing the issue.

Not great when i work from home, and need a working stable connection.

I have asked about what profile the line is on, but i am met with silence.

The ONLY thing to have changed is the hub and the service provider and how that provider procures the line and manage it.

I am also aware of a number of people in my street (BT based) having had no  internet over the last few weeks (in which time the problem has definitly been worse)  But it appears you can't see this or it has not been escalted to the point that someone will take a look.

i don't have a analog phone so cant listen for noise on the line (as i would have done years ago)

i have rung the 03 number and go round in circles.

Any chance someone that can see past the standard scripted stuff can give me a ring.

Ta Jim
