Discussion topic: Broadband dropping Out EN11

Sunday 13th Oct since midday.

The internet keeps dropping in and out every couple of minutes. The second and fourth light are either orange or are blank. My kids have their online homework to do.

This also happened the evening of Thursday 10th.

The help section says it's fine. Clearly it's not.
