My broadband is drifiting in and out too in the Kidlington area.  It has been like this for weeks and makes it impossible to work especially on Teams.  My computer is connected to the broadband via ethernet so it is not wifi.

 

Can someone please advise me how I get help from Sky?

@JohnE70  & @Nguclub  Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
