Broadband download speed non existent

I had open reach out today due to speed constantly dropping, they supposedly found the fault in the line external of the property. 
however my download speed it still absolute **bleep**! 
I can't get hold of sky to speak to anyone and I'm going round in circles with everything else. My bills always paid and I've been a sky customer for years however,  never had this issue as what I have now.! 
I've done all the usual rebooting etc and it's still the same!

@Blondiie It takes 24hours before the sky speed recovers back to where it was before, if you are plugged into a OR Master phone socket for the connection, do not be switching it off/on, the worst thing to do!
