Broadband down

No internet connection m

is there a status page for the service?

 

the service checker says it's all OK but clearly not !!!

Rebooted Hub. 

 

Might be an issue with some services.

Mine gone down as well, checker says all OK ...NOT ! Red light on fibre box and no wifi.

@SkylarkWas it the service checker that you used to check your services or was it the broadband test that you ran to check if your broadband was working?

Tried all thr chrckers offered by thr guides, first of all they daid all ok thrn eventually it was an oops sometging is wrong with connection and it yhrn refused to che k anymore as said technical difficulties stopped any further checkd working.

On the fibre box the LOS light is red which indicateds an external issue.
