is there a status page for the service?
the service checker says it's all OK but clearly not !!!

Rebooted Hub.

Tried all thr chrckers offered by thr guides, first of all they daid all ok thrn eventually it was an oops sometging is wrong with connection and it yhrn refused to che k anymore as said technical difficulties stopped any further checkd working.
On the fibre box the LOS light is red which indicateds an external issue.
