Hi All, hope your well.

new to Sky.

my Motorola G8 won't connect to Sky Q Wifi.

Device makes a few attempts then returns 'Disabled'.

Device connects to other Wifis

Password is correct.

other devices are connected.

have hard reset both

any ideas?
