Hi all,
At about 9:45 this morning our internet has gone down. It had been working fine up until that point and had been logged on for work. Suddenly it just went - I've got no internet light on the hub. I've tried unplugging it a few times, changed where it's plugged in, nothing. Tried running tests on help but they keep telling me to do the same thing. Struggling to get hold of sky as it's in my husbands name and he's on a course all day. We are both having to work on hotspots currently.
Any advice would be welcome.
