Broadband down - internet light not turning on

Broadband down on 25/12/24 when adults and kids are all on holiday!?

did a few tests and it says book engineer for 28/12 at the earliest with a £15 charge? 

i need this issue fixed.... how are the kids supposed to watch all the christmas movies!?

@Eni1 Sky and Openreach are not work on domestic lines over the holiday and to get an engineer by 28/12is  pretty good going but as it is a Saturday there is a charge. It is bad luck to get a line fault over Christmas hopefully you can still enjor the day.
