You aren’t taking to Sky Customer Services on here. We’re customers trying to help other customers. No one on here will be able to tell you when it'll be back working I'm afraid.

@Anonymous  If you run the broadband test it should give you more information on this outage.

If someone has helped give them Like.

If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Broadband down in Watford Herts area

Thanks both. I was told it could be back up by the end of the day so will wait until then. The broadband checker states it's an area wide outage but no time-for-fix. Kids are back from school. I can feel the anger brewing....

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
