Broadband down in Cv22.

Broadband down in cv22. Tried all the online help (basically turn it on and off again) 

got a message saying sky outage in my area. 
Having problem connecting to hub apparently. 

Had sky glass about a month it's garbage - had nothing but issues with it.

Actually @caesarome I find that running the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection is more accurate as it reports issues missing from the status page which missed a major outage in the North West yesterday 

 

@PamT55 try the MY Sky test if thst dosnt show anything give Sky a call once the lines open at 7am  if you would like advice from forum members please post some more details of the issues you have been having ideally including a screen shot of the stats here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
