Broadband down Green light on

My broadband is down but the green light is on, I've run the tests they come back fine, I've powered down and reset multiple times.

 

How do I get in touch with Sky, the virtual assistant is useless just loops you round and I can't get past the AI telephony system who says I can record the fault online, but that is only possible when their test identifies a fault, its shouldn't be this difficult to get help.

When calling stay silent when asked anything by the bot and remain on the line as that should get you through to speak to someone.
