Broadband disconnection

I recently moved my broadband to sky and the 500mbps package. Since joining I've found that the broadband keeps disconnecting to my laptop and won't let me reconnect unless I reboot the router. Any ideas why this is happening?

How far away is your laptop form the wireless router ? also before it disconnects from the laptop do you notice a difference in the colour on the lights on the Sky Hub ? I am aware taht when you rsetart your Sky Hub it will automtically find the best wireless channel for you to connect to which could be why youre having this trouble.
