Broadband delivery

So... I'm moving in to a property in the 18th & would like the WIFI installed on the 19th however it says the BOX will be delivered upto 3 days before installation & I will not be at the property then. I wanted to know if its possible to change the BOX delivery location to ensure i'll recieve it before installation?

@-Sam-

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a few days prior to the activation date (12 months ago my sons arrived 5 days before the activation date and left behind a wheelie bin).

.

Once sent out you can usually track its progress. The postie will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You don't need to sign for it. The postie should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.

Re: Broadband delivery

@-Sam- You have been given a date for the activation i assume, you cannot just say you want it and done on the date especially if not ordered, Install times are normally 14 to 21 days from order and depending on what has to be done can make that longer!

Re: Broadband delivery

When your home move or order was placed you would have been given the option to choose where you wanted it delivered, which address did you choose?

Re: Broadband delivery

The date I can select is for installation & activation. What i'm asking if the broadband router itself can be delivered to a seperate address.

Re: Broadband delivery

Once you get the Royal Mail tracking details you can go to their website and change the delivery address
