Broadband delivery

When do hubs get sent out? I received my streamer the day after ordering my Sky package but no sign of the Broadband hub yet. I'm due to be connected on the 4th of Jan, when my current broadband provider will end. With Xmas and new year in the way I'm a bit worried it won't arrive. Steve

The hub usually is sent via Royal Mail 48, and it is done a few days before the services are due to go active, so it arrives on or just before you are switched on. 
So it is likely that your hub will be sent on the 2nd Jan.

As I've frequently observed, unfortunately Sky really doesn't make it clear enough when encouraging Stream purchasers to also take Sky Broadband in the same order that these services (and associated hardware) are supplied entirely separately and on a totally different timescale.
