Hi

Since joining Sky Broadband Full fibre I've been unable to receive phone calls on landline

Dou you have a green 'Voice' light on the Sky Hub and an analogue handset plugged into the back of it? The master phone socket at the address and any internal extension sockets will no longer function, and not will BT-brand 'Digital Voice' hardware.
