Broadband delayed setup

Hi,

 

I have had a couple of updates from Sky that my broadband setup is being delayed.

 

The latest update states "Openreach have told us they currently don't have the equipment in place to provide Broadband and Talk services to your home. The Openreach planning team are looking at the best way to get you connected"

 

However, on the openreach website it says the full fibre is available now for the property and there is an openreach outlet already installed in the property.

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this delay as it appears all the equipment is already ready?

@Henry142  The image of the ports for phone and broadband are older tech and you will be needing something similar to the pictures below installed at your property. The first image is for the outside of the property, the grey box on the wall.
