Broadband delayed by ten months…. And counting!

I have been a sky user for 8 years but this seems to be baffling sky and openreach. 

On 18th January I updated my broadband to fibre as our internet speed was very poor. 

Activation date was originally in February but then changed to 13th March. 
Several delays and no shows- mostly due to having to do the dig works- but installed on 24th September and copper cable removed. Since then we have had no broadband or phone at all- we have had three engineer visits and  gazillion phone calls to both open reach and sky. They always 'escalate' and 'launch a ticket' but no progress is being made. Sky are saying it's openreach but the lines have all been tested by three separate engineers and they are saying it's a 'tag issue' at sky. 

I'm at such a loss. It's driving me crazy. Since 24th September I can't work as my role is from home as I have no WiFi and I therefore have no money coming in. There have been so many promises of 'try in an hour' or 'it will go live after midnight' 

 

I don't think this kind of wait is normal - it must be rare. But is there anything I can do to hurry this along? I live in a house with good services and easily accessible. No engineer can seem to figure out what the issue is. 

Any support hugely aporeviated- I'm at such a loss!

I could probably add a little more here. The ONT has been replaced by openreach along with all the Ethernet cables. All tests show signal coming in to that box - PON light on and LAN light flashing
A new router has been sent by sky. Power and WiFi lights green but not internet or voice.
