Broadband delay compensation

I had to wait for my fill fibre installation from the 18th march until the 31st July. I was told I would be compensated and it added to my sky account, however upon completion and installation I never received this. What can I do as I was festering in this compensation into monthly budget?

@Ethan_brev  Have you called Sky to find out if this credit is going to be added to your account for the delay to your install of your full fibre broadband?
