Broadband cutting out

Hi, after broadband kept dropping and cutting off completely contacted sky who sent a new hub worked for a few days then the same continued to happen. Contacted sky again who said they were 99% sure it was the hub. So sent another one. Great for a few days then speed keeps dropping every day I've gone from over 30 now down to 12. Feel at a lost now. Also when testing broadband it says errors on line and poor speed to hub. What to do next? As don't want fobbed off with another hub!! Ready to leave sky
