Broadband credit - transfer to bank?
I have been given credit due to an installation delay. Rather than this come off my bill can i have the full amount refunded to my account

@EC2025 Any Auto Compensation is added as credit to your account, if the account is still live it will be used towards future bills and isn't normally refunded to your bank account.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It can only be used against future bills so can not be transfered to your bank account.
