Broadband crashng

Broadband crashes every night (used to be about 2.30am each day but now 5.15am each day).
No access to Sky TV and all devices reconnect after approximately 10 minutes.

Hi @Andys211

Do you have Sky Q?

What broadband package do you have and which technology is it using (FTTC or FTTP)?

Yes I have Sky Q. Broadband is Fibre300 (was 100 but upgraded). No idea about the rest.

@Andys211

Then its likely the power saving settings on your Sky Q box. Change them from Eco to Active in settings

Not sure what else is causing it then, do the lights on the hub change? If its a single 10min outage in 24hrs its not likely to be accepted as a fault by Sky or Openreach
