Broadband contract

I rejoined sky and all people who assisted me promised that they are going to deal with my previous provider im still contracted with and now i am paying 2 providers. Please help resolve this issue ASAP.

Have you paid your old provider? You, the customer pays the early termination fees and Sky subsequently reimburses you by way of a credit being added to your Sky account. 

Sky will credit back up to £200 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit...

Are you saying that your service with your other provider hasn't been cancelled when you used the switching service to sign up and move to Sky ?

I was ill advised. I specifically mentioned that i am with another provider and they said its gonna be taken care of and for 2 months i been paying 2 providers, unknowingly. Infact, first month i called sky and the guy said it was taken care of. Nothing has changed yet

Have you spoken to your previous supplier to tell them that you are now with Sky because if Sky haven't sorted it that should be your next step.
