Broadband contract renewal

Hi all, I'm coming up to the end of my contract. On the sky app I can only renew to the same contract I am on and i will be charged an admin fee of £10. Is there a way I can manually change my package and not have to pay for the admin fee

The best deals (discounts) are usually obtained by calling Sky and negotiating. You can always ask if there's a chance the admin charge can be waived. Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount.
