Broadband contract ended

After some help please.

 

We recently renewed/upgraded our broadband. The initial contract was due to end in May/June so we upgraded and it has been working fine since.

 

However, as of this morning our internet has stopped working and we're getting a message on our app saying 'Your sky broadband contract has now ended' and the wifi no longer works. We signed up for a 24 month contract and haven't cancelled it.

 

The livechat function is as useless as ever so I was wondering whether anybody on here had seen this before and could offer any help/advice?

You would need to call sky to sort it out
