No Broadband since this morning (London)

I have no Internet since this morning. I've tried to switch the sky hub off and on, reset it, I followed the steps in the Sky website but nothing works! The last weeks the Internet has been slow and sometimes even drop. 

 

I've tried to check my connectivity through Sky, but it says that my Sky ID is not valid so I cannot check it. (I've never been able to access all the sections of my Sky, always shows an error) 

 

Only the lights for power and WiFi are green, the ones for voice nad Internet are dark. Does somebody else have this problem?

I've had the same problem. No service since yesterday (26th) at around 4pm. Now 24hrs without service. 

 

Sky's checker says there's nothing wrong. I've unplugged, replugged etc. I've tested on all devices and had no luck.

Sorry to hear that! Where you able to contact them?  I've tried to ise the app, but I cannot make it work.

I'm actually on the phone to them now. I tried pressing the reset button on the back of the hub and held it until the power light went off, red and then back to green. After that I let go, and after 5mins it seems to have fixed the issue

Nice! I was able to set my Sky ID, and it seems that there is some external problems, so they will sent an engineer to take a look. Fingers cross!
