Broadband contract end , information not clear what equipment & how to return .

my Broadband contract has ended and I got a letter to check , please go to sky.com/returns.
For broadband it says 

1. Get in touch to let us know you want to return something.
2. Securely package your item(s) up - use the original packaging if possible.
3. Request a pre-paid returns label.
4. Take the package to your local Post Office or book a Royal Mail home collection.
   
   How to get in touch ?? Your chat bot does understand anything , call support waited for 40-45 mins & discounted

Remove all the full stops

They may give you a better deal. If you still want to leave ring the appropriate number above

Read below in broadband and tv and print off a label and put in suitable packaging
