Broadband continually cutting off
Hi, I have recently upgraded to broadband full fibre 500 but having a nightmare both broadband and. Normal tv is fine but when watching Netflix, Disney etc the tv cuts out constantly and other times continues playing but loses sound. Green lights on the hub are fine and speeds seem ok. The issues also only seem to affect the main sky q box and the three mini boxes don't have any issues. I've though about getting a replacement sky q box but not sure it this will fix the issue. The wifi drops when using mobiles too. My knowledge is not great but any advice would be much appreciated.
many thanks

Re: Broadband continually cutting off
@Baz43 First off in my experience and having went from fttc to fttp connection, it is 100% rock solid with the Fibre and the SR203 black hub, i did control the position off where the hub was going to be, so none of this it's going where the Installer was having to make there life easy and just as simple as they could get. But the ONT is where it is and the Network cable between ONT and the position off the Hub is where i want it to be. That just means i have NO wireless wi-fi worries whatsoever.
When a hub changes from A to B can you just post back yes, was fine before this is NOT to say the fibre is oops, but if you go near the hub, have no issues then you have to rule out the Fibre, only problem with fibre is speed adjust's up/down on demand and in peak times, live with that and you have NO problems. FF500 i have takes care off any speed bumps along the road....
Edit:- will also take a look at the picture posted when or if it get's cleared for viewing, those are just not instant for all others to see.
