Good afternoon, is anyone having issues with their Broadband? Mine has been going off for the last week, I am constantly trouble shooting but it is getting frustrating when you have kids at home .

Could you post your hub stats
And run tests on your my sky app using 4g/5g data if an external fault is detected it should let you book an engineer
