Broadband constantly drops out

Over the last few months our Sky broadband is dropping out at random times during the day and night. Some days this can be 1-2 times, whilst others can be multiple times throughout the day/night. I have logged this as in the last 60 mins our broadband has dropped out twice. A broadband test can only be done when the boradband is active, therefore constantly saying there is no issue which is incorrect. Please advise as a matter of urgency as this is affecting all devices within the property as well as video conferencing calls

The rule with Openreach is the broadband must drop more than 10 times a day or be out for an extended period for it to be registered as a fault.
