I'm trying to purchase Sky Broadband but the form to provide my details requires me to create a password but that field on the page is not an input field so I can't enter anything. Consequently I can't proceed to purchase. I assume this is effecting everyone trying to buy a Sky Broadband package at the moment

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ben_S if the online form is throwing errors try using a different browser or give Sky a call its often a lot essier over the phone.

Hi thanks for responding. The field is not set as an input field on the page if you check the HTML so it won't work on any browser (I've tried several). Also I can't phone Sky as the want my account number and I don't yet have an account.
