Broadband connectivity

The service I'm receiving from sky at the moment is not good enough. Every night for the past 3 nights there has been limited connection that we cannot stream anything. I'm paying in excess of £50 pcm for a service which I could get cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Please give me confidence that this will be sorted ASAP or I will be forced to find a better provider.

If this is happening overnight then it could be maintenance taking place by Openreach, outside these times then try a line test:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Done all that. Wasn't going to call them so late as need to get my beauty sleep. There was meant to be an engineer working on it from afar a couple of days ago and still having the same issues.
