Broadband connection

Hi my internet keeps losing signal this is happening several times through out the day it cuts off for a few minutes then has to reconnect all tests are coming back saying working fine but still keeps cutting off.

Mine has  been the same for over a week amd they say it all fine and tonight it gone of and not coming back on.
