Broadband connection

I was sent a text saying my broadband is working but I don't have any internet connection until now yesterday 

I am dissatisfied with your services 

can you check my broadband connection????

We are customers who help rack other so your post it a little confusing so are you saying it wasn't working yesterday and still isn't today ?
