Broadband connection

I seem to be having a problem with my broadband connection. Twice this morning within the space of an hour my broadband has lost connection, meaning I've had to switch off the router & leave for a few minutes. Then when I switch it back on & wait it reconnects with no problem. Every time I perform a service status check for my area it tells me there are no issues.

@HayleySmith  Does your broadband not re-connect on its own after it drops? With the service checker that will only kick in after the connection being down for over 1 hour.
